What payment terms are offered?
Any style purchased for the first time gets the partner price plus 6 equal payment terms, starting after 30 days (30/60/90/120/150/180). Any re-ordered style is billed at 30 days at the partner program price.
Does this program apply only to Essential Diamond Jewelry items?
No. We can offer partner program pricing on any production item, including custom pieces made from CAD. The pricing stays the same: spot gold, a price per gram for labor, plus diamonds. The only addition is a CAD fee, and if you're designing a piece you may re-order in the future, the CAD fee only applies to the first purchase. See our Essential Diamond Jewelry for the core styles.
How long do orders take to ship?
Orders with mountings in stock ship within 1–2 weeks. Orders that need a special mounting or a specific length may take 4–6 weeks to ship.
Is there an order minimum?
No, we don't require a minimum order. However, to stay eligible for partner program pricing, you need to make at least $15K of purchases a year.
Can I return unsold items after purchase?
Yes, we offer stock balancing on unsold or slow-moving items. After 12 months, customers placing active re-orders of sold styles and meeting the $15K program requirement can stock balance unsold items at a 1:1 exchange.
